Job Summary
Provide overall leadership to direct and coordinate Workforce Systems' employee relations for operations support and system support for field leadership and National Campus. This would include assurance that Society strategies are reflected in all policies, procedures and regulatory requirements relating to human resource practices throughout the Society. Will form key partnerships with Executives, Vice Presidents and Operations leaders in fulfilling strategies of the Society.
Develops and manages the necessary resources for workforce support needed to facilitate and respond to Human Resources rules and regulations. Actively partners with senior-level Society leadership to ensure alignment of workforce programs and support with our field and National Campus locations. Directs and manages Society-wide Employee Relations support, including location support through the Society's Workforce Consultants. Manages and provides oversight, change management, communication and implementation of policies and procedures, regulations for Employee Relations and to assure compliance with law, local governing bodies and the Society. Hires and trains all Employee Relations subsystem team members. Provides oversight and direction for the Performance Management System that would be used Society-wide and provide routine management of its effectiveness. Supports the Society Consulting Model. Manages and audits the Society's Affirmative Action Plan. Provides oversight and strategy to the Society's safety and environmental risk system. Leads, directs and develops the Employee Relations Principles and Strategy. Develops Employee Relations strategy and provides leadership to all workforce systems resources needed to support enterprise-wide human resource practices. This would include working with Society's leadership in the development, coordination and execution of all employee relations strategy and systems. Assists in the development and support of tools and communicates policies and procedures that impact employee relations. Directs the development of techniques and strategies for staff working together to create a team environment, including onboarding practices, work environment and inclusion. Partners with other Workforce System leaders to ensure a cohesive, well-executed Employee Value Proposition. Provides oversight to the Fair Treatment Policy. Directs and provides support regarding contracts involving labor relations, acquisitions and divestures. Provides guidance to leadership involved in union contracts. Develops strategies and allocates resources for support of acquisitions and divestitures, and changes in business structure. Works with internal and external counsel for management of negotiations and contracts, policy changes, etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Management with ten+ years of employee relations experience preferred. Prior experience as an HR Manager with a large company (greater than 10,000 employees) is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and demonstrated management ability to operationalize strategic goals with regards to employee relations practices within a large and diverse company. Needs to possess strong organizational and management skills; customer relation skills; and financial skills. Ability to plan and set priorities is essential.
Understanding of diverse markets, and Human Resource rules and regulations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
