PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Manage part sales and customer accounts to increase parts revenue and deliver a better customer experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.
More specifically, the person will:
Support dealer accounts to ensure they receive requested information in the appropriate time frame.
Work with Service staff to accurately input parts orders while in the office.
Work with Sales and Service teams to create kits and packages for customers to help in unit maintenance.
Work to develop a pro-active sales approach to improve our customer's ability to have the parts when they need them.
Help manage RMA process and accurately track parts warranty claims to help minimize corporate expense while providing engineering the analysis they need to make improvements.
Research past documentation in order to determine replacement part stock number.
Determine correct replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, or customers' descriptions of malfunctions.
Receive and fill telephone orders for parts.
Receive payment or obtain credit authorization when needed.

EDUCATION ? EXPERIENCE ? COMPUTER SKILLS:
High School Diploma /GED.
Prior experience working in parts sales and working in customer support is required.
Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, MAS90 and 10 Key.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
