The position is responsible for opening, closing, and maintaining checking accounts, savings accounts, certificate of deposits, IRA's, safe deposit boxes, ATM/Debit Cards, online banking and teller duties.
This position rotates between New Accounts, Call Center and the Teller area in Indianola.
The position also travels to other bank locations to help cover staffing shortages.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required.
One year banking experience preferred.
Must have excellent communication skills including verbal, written, listening, communication etiquette, and an outwardly positive, helpful, and professional attitude.
Must have the ability to work in a team oriented and fast paced environment.
The ability to work well with multiple interruptions while quickly and efficiently answering calls and assisting customers in-person.
Must have excellent problem-solving skills, computer skills, and ability to multitask.
SCHEDULE:
A regular working shift will vary between the hours of 7 a.
m.
to 5 p.
m.
Monday thru Friday and a Saturday rotation varying between 7 a.
m.
to 12 p.
m.
COMPENSATION:
Compensation Range (compensatory based on previous banking experience):
Pay range $18.
54 - $24.
72/hr.
