This position involves multi-state taxes and titles, as well as wholesales.

Responsibilities:
Accurately process incoming titles daily from customers and dealersProcess ERT onlineRespond to all customer inquiries in a professional mannerAccurately record incoming titles daily from customers and dealers according to established proceduresTroubleshoot and problem resolution specific to titles, odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
Perform other duties as necessaryMaintain a high level of confidentialityRequirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and WordOrganized with strong attention to detailGood communication skillsProfessional appearance and a positive attitudeValid driver's license with good driving recordResume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
Must be authorized to work in the U.

Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
